Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a mixed family. She has a father who is Nigerian and Swiss and her mother is English. She was born on the South London Council Estate. She was a student at The Brit School aged 14. She graduated with a BA in acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She was a part of various stages during her high school days, including the stage productions King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. In the following years, she appeared in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was in Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. In the following year she portrayed Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she appeared in Trexx as Ollie and six episodes in Flipside. In 2008, she got Bambi's part on the ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on two series, 2 and 3. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Get People to Leave. The credits she has in her theatre work are Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe officially made her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was eventually ended. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also was a character on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a huge family living in Hamilton, Ontario. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty along with her older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletic, played in the summer months and play hockey in winters. Ashley did not have the ability to actually walk. She would dance. When she reached 2 and a 1/2, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley fell in love with dance when she was just a few years old. Ashley was a professional dancer throughout the various categories until the time she graduated from high school. The competitions she participated in included ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and Acrobatics. Ashley won the best soloist prize at each major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more, just to mention some.
